About the Role
Lex Exec is currently working with two highly regarded London law firms looking to recruit talented Commercial Real Estate Associates at around 2–5 PQE.
Both opportunities offer high-quality, varied commercial property work and would suit lawyers looking to develop a broad real estate practice rather than becoming too narrowly specialised.
Key Responsibilities
The work across the two teams includes:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Asset and portfolio management
- Development work
- Property finance and refinancing
- Options and strategic land
- Retail, office and hospitality property matters

Ideal Candidate

You are likely to have around 2–5 years' PQE, although there may be some flexibility around level for the right person.
