We are working with a market leading insurance broker seeking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer in London
With offices in more than 100 countries this is an exciting opportunity to be part of one of the worlds leading insurance brokerages.
What is the role?
This is an opportunity with a market leading international insurance broker for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer seeking to build a career in the Title Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.
What will you be doing?
- Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of real estate assets
- Conduct relevant Title Insurance transactional due diligence
- Advise on, structure, and place Warranty and Indemnity and title insurance solutions.
- Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from structuring to negotiations and final placement.
- Collaborate with leading law firms and other deal advisors as well as financial investors, corporates, and global insurers.
- Take on a highly commercial role while continuing to develop your legal and negotiation skills.

What do you need to apply?

- 2-5+ years of Real Estate experience from a law firm or equivalent in-house role.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate transaction dynamics and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and a strong team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment without compromising on quality.
