Commercial Real Estate Paralegal | Hybrid | Leading UK Law Firm
Role Overview
The firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Commercial Real Estate team on an initial 12 month FTC, with scope to extend.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting
- Negotiating and competing commercial leases
- Completing lease reviews, verifying tenancy schedules, and answering raised queries.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous Commercial Real Estate experience within a City law firm and will have ideally passed the LPC/SQE.
