Commercial Property Partner – Manchester – Legal 500 + Hybrid + Benefits
A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner to join its highly ranked, Legal 500 recognised Manchester real estate team.
This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Partner in Manchester to join a top-tier practice known for complex, high-value work across the UK and internationally.
As a Commercial Property Partner in their Manchester office, you’ll play a key role in leading client relationships, driving growth and advising on major transactions within a market-leading team.
The Role
- Leading on high-value commercial property transactions
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals and large-scale portfolio management
- Acting for major corporate occupiers, investors and developers
- Handling complex landlord & tenant and asset management work
- Supporting development and investment projects
- Driving business development and strengthening key client relationships
- Collaborating with corporate, banking and construction teams
- Playing a strategic role in the growth of the Manchester office

The Candidate
- Established Partner or Senior Solicitor ready for Partnership
- Strong background in commercial property / real estate
- Experience gained within a leading regional, national or international firm
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Strong technical expertise across complex transactions
- Commercially driven with a strategic mindset
- Excellent leadership and mentoring capability
- Portable following advantageous but not essential
