Commercial Real Estate Solicitor – Managing Associate / Director
-Commercial Real Estate / Senior-Level Opportunity / International Client Base-
An established, internationally focused law firm based in the City of London is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at Managing Associate, Legal Director or Director level to join its property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior property lawyer to handle a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters while developing long-term relationships with an international client base.

Main Responsibilities
- Advise on acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties including offices, warehouses, retail premises, factories and hospitality assets
- Handle commercial leases, underleases, assignments, surrenders, licences and deeds of variation
- Advise on property portfolio management, corporate occupier matters and real estate investment transactions
- Support the property aspects of corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals
- Advise on property finance, secured lending and development projects
- Handle joint ventures, strategic land arrangements, options and promotion agreements
- Advise overseas investors and international corporate clients on UK real estate and cross-border property matters

Ideal Candidate
- Significant commercial real estate experience gained at a reputable UK law firm
- Operating at approximately Managing Associate, Legal Director or Director level
- Strong technical expertise across a broad range of sophisticated commercial property matters
- Ability to manage transactions independently and act as a trusted adviser to clients
- Experience advising corporate occupiers, investors, developers and/or lenders
- Excellent commercial awareness, client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice
- Experience advising Japanese companies or Japanese corporate clients would be highly advantageous

Conditions
- Location: City of London
- Working Style: hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days WFH)
- Salary: depending on experience
- Job Type: permanent, full-time
- Working Hours: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday
- Start: negotiable
