Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Specialist to review property-related scenarios, explain market and valuation concepts, and contribute realistic examples involving feasibility studies, commercial leases, property management, and investment analysis. Previous AI experience is not required.
- CONTRACT: Freelance contractor, paid per completed task
- COMMITMENT: Flexible, based on available tasks and project demand
- LOCATIONS: Fully remote - preference for candidates based in the US, Canada, or UK, with strong applicants from Europe or Latin America also considered
- PROCESS: Application review, AI-led assessment, and onboarding
- HOURLY RATE: $40-$65/h

Responsibilities
- Review commercial real estate scenarios for accuracy and practical relevance.
- Provide expert input on feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis.
- Analyse commercial lease agreements and common contractual issues.
- Develop realistic property management and transaction scenarios.
- Explain commercial real estate concepts in clear written form.
- Evaluate market trends, operating assumptions, and investment considerations.
- Identify relevant legal or regulatory differences across key markets.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated content.
- Collaborate remotely with project managers and other subject-matter experts.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, valuation, or appraisal.
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, feasibility studies, and property operations.
- Experience with market analysis or commercial property valuation.
- Ability to explain complex real estate concepts clearly in writing.
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
