Basic Salary
£46,000 - £51,500 + Door to Door Travel Paid + Overtime
We have recently partnered with a leading Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning provider with more than 50 years of industry expertise and a strong reputation. Following continued growth across key accounts and more sites going live in the region, they are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineer to cover the East Coast & Northern Home Counties. They have key accounts within food distribution hubs they maintain; other sites in the region are typically restaurants and convenience stores.
The Commercial Refrigeration Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned service and maintenance tasks, reactive breakdowns, fault finding, and repairs on a range of commercial refrigeration systems, including display cabinets, bottle coolers, ice machines, CO2 packs, compressor packs and other F-Gas-based equipment.

This position is a field-based, mobile opportunity based on a 45-hour working week with door-to-door travel paid, 1-5 call-out rota, with plenty of overtime available.
Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Job Requirements
- Based on patch, able to cover the Northern Home Counties & East Coast
- Proven experience with the service, maintenance, fault-finding, breakdown and repair of refrigeration systems, display cabinets, bottle coolers and ice machines.
- F-GAS ticket, and experience of Co2 Packs advantageous.
- Full UK Driving Licence

Commercial Refrigeration Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary £46,000 - £51,500 (depending on experience)
- Door to Door travel paid
- 45 hour week
- 1-5 call out with £100 retainer
- Overtime rates 1.5x and 2x (plenty available)
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Company van with optional personal use
