Commercial & Residential Viewing Agent

Century 21 Scotland

Role Overview

Century 21 Scotland is seeking a mature, professional Viewing Agent to support both our commercial and residential divisions. This role suits someone with strong people skills, a calm and reliable nature, and the confidence to represent an international brand while managing client interactions, viewings, and property sourcing activities.

Working Hours: 25-35 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Lead Management

    • Follow up on incoming leads promptly and professionally.
    • Build rapport with prospective tenants.
    • Maintain organised records of enquiries, viewings, and outcomes.
  • Viewings & Property Presentation

    • Arrange and conduct commercial and residential property viewings.
    • Present properties clearly, highlighting key features and addressing questions.
    • Ensure a positive viewing experience that reflects Century 21’s global standards.

  • Property Sourcing & Market Awareness

    • Assist with sourcing suitable properties for clients based on their requirements.
    • Support the acquisitions team where required.
  • Open Days & Events

    • Plan, coordinate, and host open days for new developments or high‑demand listings.
  • Negotiation & Heads of Terms

    • Support the negotiation process between landlords and tenants.
    • Assist in agreeing Heads of Terms and ensuring all parties understand key conditions.
    • Liaise with internal teams to progress deals smoothly.

Skills & Experience

  • A mature, grounded individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in property, lettings, or customer‑facing roles is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational ability and confidence managing multiple appointments.
  • Professional communication style and ability to represent an international brand.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
