Commercial Sales Administrator - Supporting Sales | Managing Data | Keeping Things Moving

About The Role

Behind every successful sales team is great organisation, accurate information and processes that work. As a Commercial Sales Administrator, you’ll support the Commercial Sales team by managing contracts, CRM records, sales data and key administrative processes.

Perfect for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and confident with data and systems, you’ll keep information accurate, follow up actions and ensure the sales team has the support they need to focus on customers, growth and commercial results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing customer contracts, amendments and records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining sales trackers, Excel spreadsheets and reports, including data formatting and pivot tables.
  • Keeping customer and sales information accurate within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including activities, records and reporting.
  • Monitoring workflows, following up actions and ensuring key administrative processes are completed on time.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Sales team to maintain data quality and ensure agreed processes are followed consistently.
  • Providing flexible administrative and commercial support, taking ownership of ad-hoc tasks and changing priorities.

About You

You’re highly organised, reliable and detail-focused, with a structured approach to managing data, systems and administration. You’ll enjoy keeping things accurate and on track, while being proactive enough to spot what needs doing and take ownership without needing constant supervision.

You’ll have:

  • Previous experience in sales administration, commercial administration, customer administration or a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills, including working with data, formatting and pivot tables.
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Experience managing trackers, following up actions and keeping records and workflows up to date.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities independently while working collaboratively with a wider team.

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting a sales or commercial team.
  • Experience producing sales reports or working with commercial data.
  • Experience within waste management, environmental or industrial services.
