Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor – Ford Transit Centre, Slough
Full-time, 42.5-hour 5-day working week • £18,500 basic salary • Average earnings: £43,000 • Uncapped commission + bonus • Company vehicle provided
Allen Motor Group seek a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor to join their Ford Transit Centre in Slough. In this proactive role, you will manage both face-to-face and digital enquiries, drive sales excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the CV Sales Manager, this opportunity offers a competitive package and career development support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Vehicle Sales Advisor, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling customer interactions:
- Responding to inbound and outbound enquiries via email, telephone, and digital platforms.
- Meeting sales targets:
- Contributing to individual and team performance objectives.
- Advocating for sales goals:
- Guiding customers through the entire purchase journey, offering expert recommendations—including extended warranties, accessories, and financial solutions.
- Compliance & integrity:
- Adhering to industry regulations for financial products and insurance.
- Driving growth:
- Utilising influencing skills to maximise sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction.
