Your new company
Our client is a well-established and highly successful organisation operating within a fast-paced commercial environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint a Commercial Sales Co-ordinator to join their office-based sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys working with data, analysing trends, and providing valuable insights that support business.
Your new role
Working as part of a busy sales function, you will play a key role in supporting commercial decision-making through the analysis of pricing, margins, market trends and business performance data. Whilst you will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries and supporting the wider team, the primary focus of the role is the interpretation of data and providing recommendations that help drive profitability and competitiveness. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, using Excel and internal systems to analyse information, monitor pricing movements, identify opportunities and highlight risks. Operating within a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly, you will be comfortable managing multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is a fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
