Role Description
The Commercial Sales Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Warrington, focused on supporting the growth and commercial success of Kids Planet Day Nurseries. This role involves coaching nursery managers and relevant team members on effective sales techniques, including enquiry handling, tour conversions, and follow-up processes. The Commercial Sales Coach will design and deliver sales training sessions, workshops, and one-to-one coaching to improve occupancy and revenue performance across the nurseries. Daily responsibilities include reviewing sales metrics, identifying areas for improvement, providing feedback on communication with prospective families, and supporting the implementation of consistent sales practices. The role also collaborates with operations and marketing to align sales messaging, ensure a strong customer experience, and share best practices across the network.

Qualifications
- Strong Sales Coaching and Coaching skills, with proven experience guiding individuals and teams to improve commercial performance.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear feedback and adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Experience in Sales Trainings and Training, including designing and facilitating workshops or structured learning programs.
- Experience in commercial or customer-focused roles, ideally within childcare, education, or service-based sectors.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, track performance, and identify practical actions for improvement.
- Comfortable working on site in a fast-paced environment, building positive relationships with cross-functional teams and nursery leadership.
- Ideally have relevant qualifications in business, sales, training, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare, adhering to all relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
