Commercial Sales – Digital Advertising | London | £50k–£80k base
If you know your agency patch, have genuine senior relationships and can point to revenue you’ve personally won, this is worth a look.
I’m working with a growing digital advertising business that is building out its London commercial team. The interesting part is that they’re not forcing this hire into a fixed title or level, they’re more interested in finding a strong commercial person and shaping the opportunity around them.
The opportunity
You’ll take real ownership of a major UK agency group, with responsibility for developing relationships, growing revenue and creating new opportunities.
There is also scope to work across client-direct business, depending on your background and where you’re strongest.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to simply inherit a mature book of accounts and keep everything ticking over. They need someone who enjoys building relationships but is equally comfortable opening doors, creating opportunities and actually closing business.
You’ll have room to make an impact as the London commercial operation continues to grow, rather than disappearing into a huge established sales structure.
What we’re looking for
I’m particularly interested in speaking to people who can demonstrate:
- Strong, genuine relationships within at least one major UK agency group
- Personal ownership of advertising / media revenue
- Clear examples of new business won and accounts grown
- Credibility in front of senior agency and brand stakeholders
- The ability to manage a patch with a good level of autonomy
- A commercial mindset — not purely account management

I’m less interested in the title on your LinkedIn profile and more interested in what you’ve actually sold, the relationships you genuinely own and the revenue you’ve been responsible for.
