Commercial Sales Director - Promotional Merchandise & Corporate Gifts

£125,000-£145,000 Base Salary + Bonus | London | UK & International Travel

Are you a commercially ambitious leader with a track record of scaling sales, winning major accounts, and driving growth within the promotional merchandise, branded products, corporate gifts, or employee engagement sectors?

We're looking for an entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead the next phase of growth for a well-established and highly respected business. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, develop new market opportunities, strengthen key client relationships, and drive significant revenue growth across the UK and international markets.

The successful candidate will combine commercial vision with hands-on business development expertise, bringing a strong network and a proven ability to secure and grow high-value client partnerships.

About You

  • Experience within promotional merchandise, branded products, corporate gifting, incentives, print, packaging, marketing services, employee engagement, or a related sector.
  • A strong network of corporate buyers, procurement professionals, marketing leaders, HR decision-makers, or brand stakeholders.
  • Proven success in securing and developing major accounts with blue-chip organisations.
  • A highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge convention, and drive innovation.
  • Experience leading commercial teams through periods of growth, change, or transformation.
