Role Description

The Commercial Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Cardiff, responsible for driving sales of new and Approved Used Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles to business customers. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Conducting customer consultations

The role involves:

  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with fleet and commercial clients
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Meeting agreed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Monitoring market trends
  • Contributing to business planning activities
  • Representing Euro Commercials at customer visits and occasional events, always promoting the brand’s values and service standards

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in Sales and Account Management, with experience managing commercial or fleet customer relationships.
  • Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Insurance products and finance options relevant to commercial vehicle sales.
  • Ability to contribute to Business Planning, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work to targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic digital tools (email, office software) to manage customer data and documentation.
  • Previous experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
  • Valid driving license and ability to visit customers and sites as required.
