Lead complex client relationships. Share your expertise. Shape what's next.

At Clear Group, our Broking Operations teams play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting the long-term success of the business.

We're looking for a Senior Commercial Account Handler to join our London team, supporting a portfolio of complex commercial clients while acting as a trusted technical specialist within the wider business.

This is an opportunity to work with larger, more complex risks, build strong relationships with clients and insurer partners, and contribute to the development of colleagues across the team. If you're looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your impact is visible and your career can continue to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you'll:

  • Manage complex commercial insurance portfolios across a range of sectors and products.
  • Take ownership of renewals, mid-term adjustments, policy administration and placement activity.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to deliver exceptional service and positive client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms and secure appropriate placement solutions for a broad range of commercial risks.
  • Act as a technical point of reference within the team, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.
  • Help develop less experienced team members through coaching, guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and client experience.
  • Contribute to client retention, portfolio growth and overall business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
