The Role
You will advise on a broad range of complex commercial and technology matters, including AI and emerging technologies, technology licensing, outsourcing arrangements, supply chain contracts, and strategic commercial projects. The role will involve:
- Leading transactions
- Drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements
- Supervising junior lawyers on contract, data protection, and due diligence matters
- Delivering commercially focused advice to a varied client base across the private, public, and third sectors
You will also play an active role in business development, client training initiatives, and the continued growth of this expanding national practice.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE gained within a recognised regional, national, or international firm. You will possess:

- Strong technical commercial contracts experience
- An interest in technology, outsourcing, and the evolving commercial landscape
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- The ability to build lasting client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and manage multiple matters effectively
