What You'll Do
As a Commercial Solicitor in Birmingham, you'll advise on complex commercial contracts across sectors like transport, utilities, and industrial engineering.
- Advise on a broad range of commercial agreements, including: Commercial contracts, IT and technology contracts, supply chain and procurement agreements, strategic outsourcing arrangements, and Business-as-usual commercial matters.
- Work closely with clients and colleagues across national and international teams, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on high-value projects and day-to-day contractual issues.

What You Bring
- 2-6 years PQE in contract law within private practice.
- Strong drafting skills and knowledge of technology contracts, TUPE, data protection, or competition law.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- For Senior Associates: mentoring junior colleagues and driving business development efforts.
