Commercial Solicitor | Manchester | £60,000–£90,000 + Bonus

Oculus are currently partnering with a prestigious Top 50 law firm to recruit an exceptional Commercial Solicitor to join its team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Solicitor to work on high-profile, complex matters for both public bodies and private sector organisations, with a particular focus on major regeneration projects.

The Opportunity:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious commercial matters, including:
    • Advising on major projects and regeneration schemes, including housing developments, town centre schemes, and joint ventures
    • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and collaborations
    • Advising on outsourcing arrangements and alternative service delivery models
    • Providing specialist public law advice
    • Advising on procurement and subsidy control
    • Working with public bodies and private sector organisations on strategically important projects
