Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500-ranked regional law firm with a strong reputation for full-service commercial and IP advice. Known for its collaborative culture and long-term client relationships, the firm's Commercial team sits at the heart of its ambitious growth plans, and is now looking to appoint a Commercial & IP Solicitor to join the team.

The Opportunity
You will advise across a broad range of commercial and IP matters, with a particular emphasis on:
- Drafting and negotiating supply, distribution and licensing agreements
- Technology and software contracts, and high-value service agreements
- IP protection, licensing and brand strategy
- IP considerations within wider commercial transactions
Clients span technology, software, manufacturing, retail and other consumer-facing sectors, offering genuine variety alongside increasing exposure to cross-border work.
About You
We are keen to speak with Commercial or IP Solicitors who can demonstrate:
- 3-7 years' relevant PQE, gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or a high-quality in-house team
- Strong, well-rounded commercial law knowledge across a broad portfolio of contracts
- Experience in IP (or a clear desire to develop expertise within it), including protection, licensing or IP aspects of transactions
- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, commercially-focused mindset
