An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded Central London-based firm. Working closely with experienced senior lawyers, you'll advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and fast-growth businesses to larger commercial organisations.
The Role
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts
- Advise on technology, AI and data protection matters
- Support on corporate transactions, including M&A work
- Work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
- Contribute to business development and networking activities
- Mentor and support a paralegal within the team

About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Knowledge of technology, AI, data privacy and UK GDPR
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable managing client relationships and working in a collaborative team environment
- Experience gained in a City, national, boutique or in-house environment would be beneficial
