About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Corporate/Commercial Solicitor, or a lawyer with an equivalent qualification, to join our team. You will have at least four years’ post-qualification experience or equivalent experience in corporate and commercial law and be confident managing a mixed caseload.
Responsibilities
The role will involve advising businesses on a range of matters, which may include acquisitions and disposals, shareholder and partnership arrangements, and the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. You will manage your own files, provide clear, practical advice and build lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with sound technical skills, good commercial judgement and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm. An interest in developing new and existing client relationships would be welcome.
