Associate / Senior Associate – Commercial
We are working with a national law firm looking to grow its commercial team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to advise healthcare and public sector clients on a mix of commercial contracts, data protection and information law.

The work is varied and ranges from drafting a technology or licensing agreement, advising on a data sharing arrangement, or helping a health tech client navigate the use of patient data. You will have direct client contact and the support of an established national team.

The work will include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including framework agreements, call-off terms, technology contracts and licensing arrangements.
- Advising on data processing agreements, international data transfers, privacy notices, subject access requests and data breaches.
- Supporting clients with data sharing, clinical research agreements and other information governance matters.
- Working on collaboration arrangements, procurement and wider commercial matters.

You will be a qualified solicitor or equivalent with experience in commercial contracts, data protection or information law. The team is open to lawyers with a commercial background looking to develop.
