An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Solicitor with proven technical expertise in technology, intellectual property and / or data protection to join a growing team. If you are ambitious and seeking an opportunity where you can advise a broad range of clients on a variety of matters, then this is the role for you! As the appointed Commercial Solicitor, you will be advising on commercial contracts, technology agreements, data protection issues as well as IP related matters. In addition to managing your own caseload you will also be supporting senior colleagues on a range of complex transactions and projects.
The Candidate
Ideal Commercial Solicitors will have at least 3 years’ experience in advising a range of clients including fast-growing businesses, national and international organisations, and innovative start-ups. Ideal Solicitors will have proven technical expertise in advising on a wide range of commercial, intellectual property, data protection and technology related matters.
