Role: Commercial Solicitor (NQ – 5yr PQE)

Location: Glasgow

About the Role

We are seeking a driven Commercial Solicitor with NQ – 5yr PQE to join our Glasgow office. The individual will work within our busy Commercial team, dealing with a diverse client base made up predominantly of Registered Social Landlords and Third Sector entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, negotiate, and interpret commercial agreements
  • Advise on internal policies, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
  • Work in a small team with significant client contact and autonomy

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience of commercial contracts and/or corporate governance
  • Strong research skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written & oral
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines to effectively manage case load
  • Individuals who understand the need to balance working independently and when to seek appropriate guidance
  • An ambitious solicitor who is keen to use their skills to match the needs of our clients and identify and grow areas of work within the department
