I'm delighted to be partnering with an ambitious and high-growth organisation to appoint an exceptional Commercial Solutions Director.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially astute leader who excels at shaping winning strategies, securing complex, high-value contracts, and driving sustainable business growth within the Facilities Management sector.

Working in close partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, you'll lead a talented team of commercial specialists while taking ownership of a dynamic portfolio of 8-10 strategic bids, ranging in value from £5m to over £100m. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative commercial solutions, leading pricing strategy, and ensuring the business maintains a highly competitive edge across major FM opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy for complex, high-value bidding opportunities.
  • Drive pricing excellence and the development of innovative commercial solutions.
  • Manage a live portfolio of strategic pursuits valued between £5m and £100m+.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to the wider business growth strategy.
  • Develop, mentor and inspire a high-performing commercial team.
  • Ensure robust commercial governance, profitability and competitive positioning across all opportunities.

About You

  • Extensive commercial and pricing experience within the Facilities Management sector.
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering successful commercial solutions for complex, large-scale bids.
  • The ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple concurrent opportunities.
  • Strong leadership capability with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the commercial credibility to influence at executive level and shape winning strategies.
