Role Overview

You want to be involved while the solution is still taking shape, not brought in once everything has already been decided. You enjoy understanding what a customer is trying to achieve, bringing the right people together, and turning that into a commercial solution that works.

As a Commercial Solutions Manager, you’ll help shape complex imaging solutions for customers across the country, building relationships with senior stakeholders and developing opportunities into long-term partnerships. You’ll take a proactive approach to creating a strong national pipeline and securing multi-year contracts.

Joining a growing imaging business, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how major opportunities develop from the outset. If you’re commercially minded, confident with customers, and enjoy turning complex requirements into valuable solutions, this could be a great next move.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

Bringing an expert clinical team together with next-generation imaging technology, this is exactly what our client are bringing to the market. And not only this, their key goal is to make access to this level of healthcare as quick and easy as possible. They understand the stress that can come from waiting for a screening, so they want the UK to have early access to excellent facilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
