The Opportunity: Commercial Strategy and Transformation Manager

Iron Mountain is seeking a vision-driven Commercial Strategy and Transformation Manager to join our Commercial team in Europe.

In this pivotal role you will have the opportunity to architect comprehensive commercial strategies that directly drive revenue growth and market share expansion. You will take ownership of business transformation initiatives, turning market insights and data into actionable, high-impact go-to-market plans. Here, your strategic expertise will empower cross-functional teams to elevate our market position and deliver tangible value to our customers.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Develop commercial strategies: Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, pricing models, and product positioning strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead business transformation: Drive process improvements, manage organizational changes, and implement effective change management plans.
  • Analyze market opportunities: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive SWOT assessments, and gather customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align commercial priorities and launch new solutions.
  • Manage strategic projects: Oversee complex commercial initiatives, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize our sales channels.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Extensive and progressive experience in commercial strategy, sales, or marketing, with a proven track record of leading business transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and strategic go-to-market planning.
  • Exceptional data analysis and project management skills to successfully drive complex initiatives.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities and influence key stakeholders across a cross-functional environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
