Your Team:
Reporting into the Head of Commercial within IG's EME division, you will own key components of our commercial strategy implementation and directly impact performance metrics across the business.
Your Role in the Team’s Success:
You will leverage your analytical expertise to drive data-informed decisions on pricing, product viability and revenue diversification & optimization initiatives that support our ambitious growth targets.

What You'll Do:
Commercial Analysis & Strategy
- Lead analysis of commercial performance metrics to identify actionable trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Develop comprehensive insights on competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Independently assess commercial viability of existing and potential new product lines, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders

Growth & Innovation Initiatives
- Support market expansion efforts by analysing potential new segments and developing entry strategies
- Contribute to business model innovation projects, identifying new approaches to creating and capturing value
- Assist in evaluating and implementing revenue diversification opportunities beyond our core offerings
- Research and assess potential strategic partnership opportunities that could expand our commercial footprint
- Help build scalable commercial capabilities including systems and processes that enable sustainable growth
Pricing & Revenue Optimization
- Drive the implementation of pricing strategies across IG's EME product portfolio, including Investments, Trading and Crypto
- Proactively identify and champion initiatives to improve commercial performance
- Build compelling business cases for commercial initiatives, including developing financial models to demonstrate potential impact
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Compliance and Finance teams to execute key growth initiatives
- Present commercial performance insights and recommendations directly to stakeholders across the division
- Build influential relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Lead defined commercial projects from inception to implementation, with appropriate guidance and resources to ensure success
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, we think you’ll need:
Experience & Education
- Approximately 2 years of top-tier consulting experience or equivalent commercial experience
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field from a leading institution
- Interest in fintech and financial services (prior experience not required)
Technical Skills
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience translating complex data into actionable business insights
- Understanding of pricing strategies and commercial performance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create impactful data visualizations
