Drive Commercial Growth Through Data and Insight

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Architect to design and manage the data foundations that enable modern pricing, packaging, deal governance, and commercial analytics across a growing SaaS organisation.

This role acts as a key bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Data teams, ensuring pricing decisions are supported by trusted data, scalable architecture, and actionable insights.

The successful candidate will lead the design of pricing data models, governance frameworks, and analytics capabilities that optimise pricing strategy, improve revenue outcomes, accelerate decision-making, and support long-term business growth.

Key Objectives

  • Establish a single source of truth for pricing and commercial performance data.
  • Support ongoing pricing and packaging transformation initiatives.
  • Enable the measurement of realised price uplift, pricing adoption, discount effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
  • Design scalable pricing analytics solutions within Databricks and Power BI environments.
  • Develop governance and reporting frameworks that support executive and board-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Data Architecture

  • Design and maintain enterprise pricing data models across:
    • Salesforce CRM

  • Create unified commercial data architecture supporting:
    • List pricing

    • Discounting
    • Renewals
    • Upsell and cross-sell performance
  • Define metadata standards, governance processes, and data quality frameworks for pricing-related data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
