The Role
This is a new opportunity to step into a newly created role and shape the future commercial direction of a well-established market leader. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and embedding a more strategic approach to revenue growth, pricing, customer strategy and commercial performance. Combining internal business data with external market insights, you'll help translate information into action, driving better decision-making, improving profitability and creating a more data-led commercial culture.
It's an ideal opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, challenging the status quo and building capability within a business undergoing an exciting period of transformation.

The Ideal Fit
- Experience within Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Category, Pricing, Sales Strategy or Commercial Finance.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and actionable growth plans.
- Strong understanding of pricing, profitability, customer strategy and the key drivers of commercial performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance and senior leadership teams to influence decision-making.
- Comfortable operating in a business where processes and frameworks need to be built rather than inherited.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge thinking and drive change at senior level.
- Highly analytical, commercially minded and naturally curious, with a passion for uncovering growth opportunities.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution.
- FMCG experience would be highly advantageous, particularly within Revenue Growth, Category, Commercial Finance, Business Intelligence or Sales Strategy functions.

Salary and Location
- Salary: Between £70,000 - £75,000, plus an extensive benefits package which makes the overall package very attractive.
- Location: United Kingdom.
