Role Overview

Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for ensuring operational excellence and commercial performance?

A leading organisation in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Commercial Supply Constraint Manager to join their team in the London area on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role is pivotal in defining and managing key operational and commercial priorities, driving alignment across various functions, and maintaining focus on critical risks and opportunities.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Commercial Supply Constraint Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Own and prioritise a clear list of supply risks and commercial opportunities aligned to business goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver against priorities, ensuring clear ownership and pace.
  • Identify and assess potential financial or contractual risks impacting commercial results.
  • Build and maintain practical dashboards and reports, providing clear updates to senior stakeholders.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Commercial Supply Constraint Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • Relevant degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in supply chain, operations, or delivering cross-functional projects.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with data analysis, Excel, and large datasets.

This role offers a unique chance to play a key part in maintaining operational control, protecting commercial performance, and supporting informed decision-making through accurate data, structured processes, and consistent execution. You will have the opportunity to lead daily operational calls, drive accountability, and ensure actions are progressed effectively.
