Role Description
The Commercial Support Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Leyland, responsible for supporting commercial and administrative activities across the business. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves collaborating with sales, operations, and finance teams to support quotations, billing checks, and reporting. The position also requires maintaining clear communication, meeting deadlines, and contributing to improvements in processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, document management, and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
- Proficiency with office software and systems, such as word processing, spreadsheets, CRM or billing platforms, and email tools.
- Basic commercial awareness, including understanding of contracts, pricing, and billing processes in a business environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and supporting process improvements.
- Previous experience in telecom, commercial support, or a similar office-based role is beneficial but not essential.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
