About Supplement Factory
Supplement Factory is a global contract manufacturer of food supplements, supporting brands through formulation, product development, sampling, compliance, manufacturing, packaging, and finished product delivery.
We work with ambitious start-ups and established international brands to turn product ideas into commercially viable manufactured supplements — and we run a tech-first commercial operation where systems, AI, and smart workflows matter as much as customer conversations.
About the Role
This is a hands-on commercial support role built to make a Senior Business Development Manager more effective every day.
You will sit alongside a Senior BDM as a genuine two-person team: they lead the commercial conversations and close; you own the detail, the systems, and the follow-through that keep deals moving cleanly. The better you make that partnership, the stronger the team’s results — and your bonus is tied to shared monthly and quarterly milestones, so success is measured together.
Day to day you will run CRM and project systems with precision, use AI, automations, and agent-style workflows to remove routine admin, keep the inbox and technical detail under control, and join customer conversations — on video calls, in meetings, and when traveling with your Senior BDM — so you stay close to the live deal.
This is more than administration. It suits someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, wants to learn the craft properly, and sees a clear path to grow into a more senior commercial role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Making the Senior BDM Effective
- Partner daily with a Senior Business Development Manager as a dedicated commercial support.
- Own administration, inbox management, and technical detail so the Senior BDM can stay in customer conversations.
- Prepare materials, track actions, and keep every live opportunity tidy and up to date.
- Spot gaps in the process and tighten them so deals move faster and cleaner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
