Commercial Support Executive

Planet Offers is Bauer Media’s B2C voucher and offers platform, giving audiences across our radio brands access to exclusive deals and experiences. As part of the wider Customer Engagement team, you will join a close-knit group supporting a fast-moving ecommerce platform used by thousands of customers each week.

As Commercial Support Executive, you will play a vital role in keeping Planet Offers running smoothly. From delivering excellent customer care to ensuring offers are uploaded correctly and supporting operational processes, your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and commercial success.

Join a growing ecommerce business where every day is different. You will become a key connector between customers, Account Managers and internal teams while helping deliver great experiences for audiences across Bauer Media brands.

Working Pattern / Location

Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Working

Key Responsibilities

  • Own front-line customer contact, enquiries, complaints and refunds
  • Manage CRM records and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Coordinate the Planet Offers inbox and internal queries
  • Act as liaison between Account Managers and Planet Offers
  • Upload and maintain offers on planetoffers.co.uk
  • Manage workflows using monday.com
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Identify process improvements and customer experience enhancements
  • Collaborate with the wider Customer Engagement team

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in customer service, ecommerce or commercial support environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Comfortable working with CMS and ecommerce platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
  • Experience using project management tools such as monday.com is advantageous
