The Impact You'll Make
Join Danfoss Drives as a Commercial Support Specialist in Uxbridge, UK, and play a key role in creating a seamless experience for our customers. You will help ensure customers receive accurate information, timely support, and reliable service throughout their journey with us.
Working closely with colleagues across sales, logistics, and finance, you will strengthen customer relationships while supporting the smooth delivery of our commercial operations. Your ability to solve problems, coordinate across teams, and maintain high standards of accuracy will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.
You will be part of a collaborative team environment where you can contribute to process improvements, embrace new digital tools, and develop your skills while supporting our ongoing transformation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver timely, accurate support for customer enquiries, orders, and commercial requests, helping ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Manage the end-to-end order process, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring orders progress smoothly from request to delivery
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve issues quickly, provide clear communication, and keep customers informed
- Maintain high-quality data within business systems and reports to support effective decision-making and compliance requirements
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and leverage digital tools, including Salesforce, SAP, and AI-enabled solutions, to improve efficiency and service quality

What We're Looking For
- Experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or commercial support role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new systems and digital tools
- Experience using, or an interest in learning, tools such as Salesforce and SAP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail when working with orders, data, and documentation
- A collaborative mindset, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
