Role: Commercial Team Administrator

Location: Homebased
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £24,750 to £26,010 per annum

Are you a highly organised Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting a busy team? We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Commercial Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Commercial team, helping to ensure the efficient day to day delivery of commercial activities and projects.

You will play a key role in supporting the wider function, including the Head of Estates and Property Managers. You will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining accurate records and systems, supporting meetings and projects, and ensuring information is managed effectively and efficiently.

Reporting to our Commercial Office Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing records, correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on actions
  • Maintaining databases, electronic filing systems, and management information to support accurate reporting and business performance
  • Processing purchase orders, invoices, payment requests, and legal documentation while liaising with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Acting as a key point of contact for enquiries, building positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external partners
  • Supporting process improvements and assisting with the delivery of small-to-medium-sized projects

You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working with multiple stakeholders, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high quality support. You will have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy and proficiency in maintaining databases and electronic filing systems.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where your contribution will directly support the successful delivery of commercial activities and projects. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while working in a supportive, values driven environment.

You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. for monthly team meetings).
