About Grubtech

At Grubtech, we're building the operating system that powers the future of restaurants and quick commerce. From online orders and POS integrations to kitchen operations, deliveries, and analytics, our platform brings everything together—so businesses can focus on what they do best.

Founded in 2019, we've grown from a bold idea into a global SaaS company powering 14,000+ active locations across 28 markets, with 1 billion+ online orders processed, a 99.95% order injection rate, and 60% year-over-year growth. Backed by world-class investors and trusted by leading restaurant brands, we're on a mission to simplify operations through technology that scales with our customers.

If you're excited by innovation, ownership, and solving real-world challenges at global scale, we'd love to build the future with you.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of GCC/UK Sales, the Commercial Team Lead will be responsible for driving Grubtech's UK commercial growth through a combination of direct sales and strategic partnerships.

This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role where you'll be expected to personally close new business while building a strong partner ecosystem that generates long-term growth. As one of the first commercial hires in the UK, you'll help shape our go-to-market strategy, establish key relationships, and lay the foundation for a scalable commercial organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
