Commercial, Technology & Data Lawyer London (4 days in office)
Looking for a role where you'll be at the forefront of commercial contracting, data protection, and emerging technology?
We're seeking an ambitious England & Wales qualified lawyer to join a highly regarded legal team supporting a leading global investment bank.
You'll advise on a broad range of matters including:
- Complex commercial and technology contracts
- Data protection and privacy compliance
- AI governance and emerging technologies
- Outsourcing, SaaS and IT services agreements
- Strategic business initiatives across a sophisticated, international organisation
