Integreon is seeking a commercially minded and experienced Commercial Technology Lawyer with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to support the review, drafting, negotiation and management of a broad range of technology and commercial agreements.

The successful candidate will support a leading global provider of industry-specific cloud software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, working closely with legal, commercial and business stakeholders across an international organisation.

The role will involve advising on a wide range of technology and commercial matters, with a particular focus on SaaS, cloud, IT services, software licensing and technology-related agreements.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, with a particular focus on SaaS, IT and technology-related contracts.
  • Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from initial request and drafting through negotiation, approval, and execution.
  • Provide legal and contractual support to internal business stakeholders.
  • Respond to contract-related queries and prepare relevant documentation and agreements.
  • Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable risk management policies.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and documentation of legal and contractual information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
