Commercial Technology Lawyer – Digital, Regulatory & Commercial Technology
London | 6 Month FTC | 3+ PQE
We are working with a leading international law firm looking to add an experienced Commercial Technology lawyer to its highly regarded Digital, Regulatory & Commercial Technology team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
About the Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and collaborative practice advising an impressive client base that includes major global technology companies, household-name consumer brands and innovative digital businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- The work is broad and high quality, spanning commercial technology agreements, digital and online services, consumer-facing arrangements and the increasingly important regulatory issues affecting technology and digital businesses.
- You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers while having the opportunity to take ownership of matters and build direct client relationships.

Candidate Profile
The team is looking for a lawyer with 3+ years' PQE and solid commercial, technology or digital experience gained at a well-regarded firm or in-house legal team.
Target Candidates
The role could be particularly attractive to Australian or New Zealand-qualified lawyers with relevant commercial/technology experience who are looking to gain experience in the London market, although applications are welcomed from suitably experienced lawyers from other common-law jurisdictions.

- You should be comfortable drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements.
- Have strong client-facing skills.
- Be able to get up to speed quickly within a busy practice.
