Hours: Part Time 22.5 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 2:30PM flexible

Salary: £26,010 per annum, salary will be pro rata for part time hours

Location: Sale Road, Norwich, NR7 with travel to other sites in and around Norfolk and Waveney as and when required. The role will require travel therefore a driver’s license with business insurance and access to a vehicle essential for this role. Mileage is paid at 55p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

About The Role

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is recruiting for an organised, customer-focused and proactive Commercial Training Coordinator to join our Charity Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery and growth of our commercial training services. As a commercial training coordinator, you will help ensure the smooth running of our training programmes, providing first-class customer service to clients while supporting the administration, promotion and coordination of training activities that generate income to support our charitable work.

Working closely with the Commercial Training Manager, Training Consultants and wider teams, you will be responsible for coordinating training bookings, supporting client relationships, maintaining accurate records and helping to promote our growing portfolio of commercial training courses.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience from initial enquiry through to course delivery. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One moment you could be coordinating training schedules and venues, and the next supporting marketing campaigns, preparing reports or helping to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Duties

  • Acting as a first point of contact for commercial training enquiries via phone, email and web enquiries.
  • Coordinating all aspects of commercial training bookings and delegate administration.
  • Managing training consultant diaries and scheduling training delivery.
  • Supporting customer meetings and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Working with colleagues to ensure effective planning of both commercial and internal training programmes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting through Beacon CRM.
  • Supporting marketing activity, website updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Assisting with the continuous improvement of commercial training systems and processes.
  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Training Manager and Training Consultants.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Is highly customer-focused with outstanding communication skills.
  • Can manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
  • Has experience coordinating meetings, events, training or customer bookings.
  • Is confident using databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has a proactive approach and enjoys building positive working relationships.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Shares our values and commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing across our communities.
  • Experience working within a charity, social enterprise or values-driven environment (desirable)
