Job Purpose
To create and update training materials, deliver training sessions, and propose new methodologies to build and maintain an appropriate level of knowledge among all participants in the sales process, both internal and external to CNH. The role supports Brand growth and contributes to the achievement of defined business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial product training contents (presentations, videos, web-based trainings) for the products under his/her responsibility in coordination with the EUR Product Specialist and the Country Product Specialist.
- Translate training content for products of interest to the market using mother tongue language skills where applicable.
- Propose a training calendar and related activities for the products under his/her responsibility.
- Deliver training sessions in a face-to-face format or remotely using live online methodologies.
- Promote and advertise the availability of training services and share success stories.
- Collaborate proactively with Sales teams in the markets to identify and satisfy local training needs.
- Guarantee the efficiency of training sessions.
- Cooperate closely with Product Marketing Managers, Engineering, Communications, Sales and other departments to support the development of training documentation.
- Collaborate with team members during the set-up and delivery phases of Field Training Activities and Events.
- Ensure the quality and volume of training activities agreed with the Training Manager.

Experience Required
- Experience contributing to the continuous innovation of training methods and tools.
- Ability to work proactively with Sales teams and other cross-functional departments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver training in person and remotely.
- Language skills to translate training content for local market requirements where applicable.
- Knowledge of training development, including presentations, videos and web-based training materials.
- Interest in and willingness to develop expertise in Precision Technology products.
