This is a high-impact role focused on shaping the cultural and employee engagement agenda as part of a wider transformation. You will work closely with the People Workstream Lead, Programme Lead and other workstream leads to develop and deliver a clear vision for culture, behaviours, leadership and employee engagement.

You will play a key role in helping the organisation understand its current culture, define the desired future state and implement practical initiatives that embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive culture and change strategy aligned to the wider transformation programme.
  • Assess organisational culture, capability and maturity, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage the culture and change roadmap, including objectives, milestones and deliverables.
  • Lead change management activity supporting the People Workstream.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including leadership communities, to build commitment to the transformation.
  • Develop leaders as culture-change champions, helping them model and reinforce the desired behaviours.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Develop training, coaching, mentoring and leadership-development initiatives.
  • Design and deliver interventions focused on behaviours, values and soft skills.
  • Drive improvements in employee and team engagement.
  • Define KPIs and establish reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of culture and change activity.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and barriers to successful change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
