Vanaways is one of the UK's fastest-growing commercial vehicle brokers - and we're just getting started. Founded in Bristol in 2015, we've built a genuinely tech-driven business that's changing how UK businesses buy vans; using data, digital tools and real buying power to get sole traders, growing companies and national fleets a better deal on new and electric vehicles, without the dealership markup. Named Best Commercial Vehicle Broker in 2024, we're now scaling fast, expanding our sales team as demand accelerates and there's never been a better time to join!

About the Role

We're recruiting for a Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our Bridgend-based team on a full-time, permanent basis. We're an established and growing business providing customers with access to an extensive range of brand-new vans and light commercial vehicles from leading manufacturers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven salesperson who wants to develop their career within a fast-growing business, with uncapped commission and the opportunity to directly influence their earnings.

Our Culture

You'll be joining an ambitious, high-performing business with a genuinely vibrant, down-to-earth culture. It's a professional environment that takes success seriously without taking itself too seriously - where 'personality' is encouraged, achievements are celebrated and people have the opportunity to grow with the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
