We are looking for a high-energy Commercial Venue Partnerships Manager to join our fast-moving commercial team. You will collaborate closely with our editorial, social, and creative teams to craft integrated, high-impact campaigns for clients such as Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, The Ivy Collection, Shangri-La and Battersea Power Station.
If you can own the full sales lifecycle - from lead generation and creative pitching to negotiation, closing and delivery - turn a cold email into a warm relationship, hold your own (and enjoy yourself) in a room full of venue owners and marketing directors, laugh off a rejection and come back with a better pitch the next day.. you’re going to fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture genuine, long-term relationships with senior venue owners, GMs, marketing directors and agency contacts across restaurant groups, bars, hotels, resorts and destinations, including key accounts and tier 1 venue groups.
- New Business & Pipeline Growth: Proactively identify sales opportunities, map key prospects, and manage a robust pipeline to hit and exceed your sales targets.
- Creative Pitching: Pitch bespoke, insight-led commercial packages blending editorial, evergreen guide inclusions, social media, custom email inclusions, and display formats tailored to venue goals.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial discussions and close multi-platform partnerships, ranging from one-off campaigns to always-on Annual Venue Partnerships.
- End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Work hand-in-hand with our internal creative, editorial, and social teams to ensure campaigns execute seamlessly from contract to launch.
- Insightful Reporting: Track performance and present clear, narrative-driven campaign wrap-ups and traffic reports that demonstrate impact and secure repeat and renewal business.
- Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of new openings, industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging formats to keep our commercial offers best-in-class.

You’ll Be Perfect If You Have...
- Proven Track Record: Bring 3-5+ years of experience in digital media sales, venue or hospitality partnerships, or branded content with a documented track record of exceeding targets, including experience selling into key accounts and tier 1 venue groups.
- Active Industry Network: Hold an active network of venue and agency contacts across restaurants, bars, hotels, or destinations.
- Inherent Sales Drive: Are a natural deal-closer — resilient, curious, and motivated by seeing your work land and hitting your revenue targets.
- Commercial Gravitas: Possess strong commercial gravitas, with the confidence to lead rooms, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.
- Mindset & Culture Fit: Are coachable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and genuinely love hospitality, luxury lifestyle, digital trends, and London culture.
