Salary: £38,823 - £42,276

Hours: 35 per week

We are looking for a Commercial Waste and Recycling Officer to support and grow our commercial waste service across the Stirling area.

You will manage day to day operations, secure new business, and improve service performance. You will work closely with businesses, internal teams, and partners to deliver a high-quality, efficient service.

What you will do:

  • Build strong relationships with businesses and customers
  • Provide advice on waste legislation and recycling services
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to maximise performance
  • Support pricing, quotes, and tender submissions
  • Monitor income, contracts, and service performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety and waste regulations

What you need:

  • Experience in waste, recycling, or business development
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Confidence in customer service and communication
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • Ability to manage budgets and performance data
  • Full UK driving licence
