That's why we're launching our new Commercial & Wealth Relationship Management Graduate Scheme a unique opportunity to develop the next generation of Relationship Managers & Wealth Advisors across Lloyds Banking Group.

Job Description

Over two years, you'll gain experience across our Wealth, Business & Commercial and Private Banking businesses, building the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications needed to support customers throughout some of life's most important financial decisions. You’ll build relationship management skills across both our personal & business customers.

What you'll do

This rotational Scheme has been designed to give you broad exposure to different customer segments and financial solutions across the Group.

You'll complete rotations across:

  • Wealth & Insurance
  • Business & Commercial Banking
  • Private Banking

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll learn how we build trusted customer relationships, support financial wellbeing, and deliver tailored solutions that meet customers' needs.

Throughout the Scheme, you'll develop expertise in:

  • Relationship Management
  • Financial Planning and Advice Fundamentals
  • Wealth and Investment Products
  • Customer Needs Analysis
  • Regulatory, Credit and Risk Management
  • Commercial Awareness and Client Engagement

Build professional qualifications alongside your career

We'll support you in gaining industry-recognised qualifications that will help accelerate your development and prepare you for a future career in wealth and relationship management.

Alongside formal learning, you'll receive coaching, mentoring and development support from experienced leaders and industry professionals.

You don't need previous financial services experience. We're more interested in your potential, including:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence working with a wide range of customers and stakeholders
  • A willingness to learn and work towards professional qualifications
  • A commitment to delivering good customer outcomes

By the end of the programme, you'll have developed a broad understanding of relationship & wealth management giving you a strong foundation for a successful career in one of the UK's most important growth markets.

Requirements

What you need to apply

  • While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Locations

This is a rotational scheme across various UK Locations including Bristol, Manchester & Leeds. You’ll need to be flexible.

With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office, some roles are five days per week.

Opening and Closing date
