Introduction

Job Purpose

The role will support the Commercial Managers in advancing third-party (3P) projects by coordinating commercial, contracting, procurement, and governance activities across the project lifecycle. The position focuses on bid support, contract development, stakeholder coordination, commercial analysis, and preparation of management materials to help progress BOO, BOOT, and other strategic third-party opportunities.

This role is intended for a hands-on commercial professional who can provide strong day-to-day support on 3P opportunities, maintain momentum across workstreams, and help ensure submissions, approvals, and negotiations are well prepared and commercially sound.

Function

  • Support development of commercial strategies for 3P projects in line with business objectives
  • Help structure commercial models, service arrangements, and long-term agreements
  • Support preparation, review, and administration of commercial agreements from NDA through contract award
  • Assist in contract drafting, negotiation planning, and issue tracking
  • Help ensure appropriate commercial terms, pricing logic, and risk allocation are captured
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and support materials for management review

The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to support complex commercial discussions with internal and external stakeholders.

Procurement & Third-Party Management

  • Support RFIs, RFPs, bid clarifications, and commercial evaluations
  • Assist in comparing proposals, commercial assumptions
  • Coordinate with third parties, developers, and advisers to maintain progress on deliverables

Financial & Performance Oversight

  • Support development of commercial evaluations, financial comparisons, and business case inputs
  • Assist with tracking key commercial actions, obligations, and performance items
  • Maintain organized records of bids, agreements, approvals, and negotiation status

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate closely with other functions (e.g. Legal, Contracting, manufacturing, Technical, and project execution teams) on deliverables and reviews
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to maintain progress across workstreams
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and executive materials as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Law, or related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience in commercial, contracts, procurement, or project support
  • Experience with SAMREF, Saudi Aramco, or ExxonMobil Projects is preferred.
  • Exposure to BOO, BOOT, or infrastructure/industrial projects is preferred
