Chicaparts is a furnished apartment and house rental concierge service. We are a dynamic startup created in July 2017.
Our mission is to guarantee quality stays for travelers, while offering our partners (property owners) peace of mind and optimization of rental income.
We ensure, among other things, the preparation of accommodations, the publication and management of listings on reservation platforms, the management of reservations, the arrivals and departures of travelers, assistance to travelers, professional cleaning of accommodations, the laundry service for household linen, and the maintenance of accommodations.
Our business addresses three sectors of activity: hotel (60%), real estate (30%), tourism (10%).

To support our growth, we are recruiting a "Reservation Sales Officer (M/F)".
Your Mission Includes
- Management of reservation requests and reservation management
- Management of payments and invoicing
- Management of the traveler customer relationship
- Production of reports on the quality of the traveler experience
- Updating our internal reference materials
- Contribution to the company's structuring projects

Location
- Yaoundé
Remuneration
- Between 160,000 and 200,000 FCFA / month, depending on profile and experience
- Bonus on objectives of 0 to 300,000 CFA per year

Requirements
- You have a school education or successful professional experience in commerce, communication, or marketing
- You are comfortable with calculations and with computer tools (web applications, office software, etc.)
- You are perfectly at ease with written and oral communication
- You are bilingual (French and English)
- You adhere to the concepts of the collaborative economy (Airbnb, Uber, Blablacar, Leboncoin, etc.)
- You wish to get involved for a long duration in a dynamic and promising sector
